BATP’s services for survivors of family violence and stranger/non-stranger sexual assault:

Bay Area Turning Point has a 24 hour/7 days a week crisis hotline that is manned by trained staff and volunteers that provide explanation and access to all of BATP services and helps callers explore options and learn about community and legal resources.
24 Hour assistance following the assault when the survivor is at police stations, hospital emergency rooms, school campuses, churches and place of employment. Crisis Intervention services are also available by appointment or walk-in at our two locations:
- Bay Area/Southeast Harris County: BATP Crisis Intervention Center located at 210 South Walnut Street, Webster, TX 77598, M-F, 8:30am – 5:30pm.
- Chambers County/Baytown area of Chambers County: BATP Chambers County Satellite Office located in The Wellness Center at Bayside, 2202 South Main, Anahuac, TX 77514, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm.
